When switch car off with power button, exit car, lock car with remote, information indicator light has started flashing which I believe is trying to say ignition is not shut down.

    What are you calling an "information indicator" ?

    Are you meaning the Red flashing security LED that shows the vehicle immobiliser is active ?

    It is an exclamation mark between the fuel and temperature gauge, only on when car is locked with keyfob.

    So it's telling you that you need to read the message centre. Or as already said it's the immobiliser LED.
