ST-Line shaking when stationary

Featured Replies

I’m having issues with my car and hoping someone can help!

I have a 2020 Festa ST-Line (5Dr ST-Line Edition 1.0 125PS) that’s done 13k miles. When it’s stationary, eg at traffic lights, there’s a noticeable shaking of the car, which seems to be worse if the air con is on. The engine start/stop only happens if I take it out of gear, even when the air con is off.

I previously had a newer version of the same model that cut the engine straight away at lights even when in gear, and definitely didn’t shake!

It was apparently fully serviced before I bought it in Feb. It’s under warranty, but the garage said they couldn’t recreate the issue.

Any ideas please?!

Thanks
