Hi there! 

I have a mk7.5 black edition and I was wondering if I can put the Phillips PRO9100 on it. 

Do I need an adapter? Will I have an error code? If yes, what can I do for it?

    As long as they are H7, these fit fine, adapter is not needed and have no error codes.  The good thing about these, is that there is no separate adapter to try and fit in the light housing.  It is just the bulb and fan attached. You may want to get larger rubber covers to give a bit more air flow between the fan on the bulb and rubber cover as they do get hot.  I think you might need to attach the power cable the correct way round, so if not working at first, switch the cable round.  Also check your local laws on using these bulbs, as in most countries, aftermarket led bulbs are not road legal.

    About the law, don't worry it's legal here on France. 

    But for the error codes, I saw on the ratings of a led bulb on Amazon that it makes error codes on some cars (It was on a focus mk3), so idk :/
