Hi all

just a quick question I have a 2007 focus with the 1.6 I 74 KW petrol Duratec engine and it says in the owners manual to use SAE 5W-30 

should I use partly or fully sinchetic engine oil

also does anyone know the correct ACEA grade as this is not in the owners manual.
