How can I remove the fuel flap from my mk6 fiesta?

    No I have a carbon fibre replacement

    Ok, the flap itself is just a push fit using plastic tabs.  With the flap open, you can slide it off off the hinge.  I'd recommend doing it on a warm day to reduce risk of snapping the plastic tabs.
