Sync 3 Updates still not working

Does anyone have any information as to when the Sync 3 Updates will be working again?

When I check for updates, I get WE ENCOUNTERED AN ERROR.  PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER.

This has been going on for several weeks now and no information available on the Ford website.

If anyone can get this to work, please let me know.

    I was able to check for updates earlier today. Downloaded an update and installed it in car. Went back to web page to upload log file and I now get the same error as you.
