Radio/bluetooth stop working after 15 minutes

Hi all,

hoping someone can help with issue I’m having with my car stereo. And can’t seem to find anything similar to what I’m experiencing.

The issue I’m having is with the radio/bluetooth….after 15 minutes if I’m listening to the radio or music via Bluetooth it will just stop…and then intermittently work and go off again…when using radio all the station details will disappear just leaving the the radio antenna image (image of what my display looks like attached for reference)

Iv tried a master reset and sync is up to date so not sure what the issue could be.

thanks in advance for any help or advice
