Featured Replies

 Hi!

In the august i replaced the timing belt on my Petrol 1.4 08 fusion, and just recently maybe like few weeks ago i went under and saw damp oil marks coming directly from the screw. uh maybe ive daamge the pin or something, anyone got any ideas on how to maybe stop it leaking its not excessive atall but just wanting to fix it. should i maybe use a washer or threadlock, im not sure whats good. and if not ill just go scrap and find one but is like 50 miles away.

Is that picture the locking pin rather than the plug?  It looks too long to be the plug which confused me.

I think this is the correct plug.  You could also replace the washer with a copper one, though I don't know the size.  I wouldn't use threadlock there personally.
