Hi guys, I'm having a focus st3 2.0 tdci for a year and since then I've changed oil 3 times already. I did it as I'm getting roughly around 3k message that oil change is required. Also I spotted that oil level is rising and I think its being diluted by diesel. What you think about that. I'm driving it really hard but mainly motorway, everyday around 30miles one way then come back from work

No, that was for ecoblue 2.0

I would suggest you are heavily over fuelling and need to investigate.

It may be constantly trying to regen the DPF, which puts extra fuel through the system.

Has it been remapped?

The remap could be junk and over fuelling, try reverting the car back to standard and see if it improves

Get the PCM updated and see if that helps also

That was my first thought also but there are no any faults in pcm

Replaced injectors and after it didn't help at all then I asked my mate to check it if doesn't have any new map but apart from that EGR is off he haven't find anything else.

Also what i can add is that fuel consumption on computer says 47mpg but in reality it does around 35mpg so thats huge difference, also a small rattle when cold

Take it into Ford, PCM doesn't take long to update, should be no more than 1 hour labour
