Loud chewbaca noise

Hi,

Does anyone have any ideas on this?

I have a 64 plate 1.6 diesel tdci.

When I pull away in first gear and reach the biting point there is a loud noise that's like chewbaca 🤣. It sounds like metal. It's not a squeak its more deeper like a oooo noise.

It only happens every known again and not in any other gear. 

I have replaced the calipers pads and discs. Also replaced the driveshaft (right side).

The clutch feels absolutely fine, smooth through the gears.

My next thought is auxiliary belt or crankshaft pulley. I'm really not sure what the problem is.

Probably clutch whoop.  Not a fault as such, just annoying.  Only fix is replacing the clutch.  But if it drives fine I really wouldn't bother.
