Hi, any help would be appreciated.

I have a 2019 transit custom automatic. I have a problem with a dead spot in acceleration. When I accelerate from a dead stop or just before I fully stop at a junction or roundabout the van often seems to lose power for an instant ( 1 or 2 seconds). Specifically, the dead spot appears as the van is accelerating, just a second or two after I press the throttle but well before it shifts into second gear. at this point the revs drop and nothing happens if you press on the accelerator. As I mentioned, it comes back to life after a couple of seconds but this will only happen maybe once a twice a day. I would appreciate and advise to find out what is going on. Thanks a lot Geoff
