Zetec S Rear Wiper Arm (Snapped Off !!!)

Hi guys. Came out of the pub at the weekend and found sum1 has snapped my rear wiper arm of my new Zetec S bas****!!!!

Seen a few other fiestas with missing wiper arms, soo just a word of warning !

Iv ordered a replacement wiper arm just want to know if any1 has any ideas on how to replace this part, From wat I can see that is left of the wiper, the metal peice left will not come off the back of the car.

    My brother has a Fiat Punto (yes booo, i know lol) and it seems to suffer something similar with people stealing a plastic shell part of the drivers mirror! It's happened on forecourts aswell with the punto, random cars parked aswell! Not sure if this could be the same kind of thing but i'll be parking where my car can be seen!! :o

    My advice would be to contact a Ford Garage :(. Seems to be a lot of people being very unlucky on here recently, myself included :(
