focus battery light coming on but still charging

Hi.

I have recently bought a focus 1.6 petrol 2012. The battery light is coming on after driving about 5 minutes. Before coming on the car is charging at 14.5volts. After the light comes on charging drops to about 13.5volts. I have checked for fault codes and am getting the following codes. P065B Generator 'A' control circuit range/performance. U012D lost communication with generator. P165B Grill shutter 'A' performance/stuck. U0284 Lost communication with active grill air shutter module 'A'. I have read that these are related. looking under the bonnet it looks like the battery and alternator have been replaced recently. I have been in contact with sales place I got the car from, they are happy to renew the alternator but I am  not convinced this is the problem. Any help would be greatly received.

    Do the headlights have a slight flicker at night ?

    Not that I have noticed. Looking into it more people are saying it’s the active grill shutter wiring harness. 3wires and a plug on each end. Would this make sense. If so anyone know the part number. Been on to fords but weren’t much help.
