Ford Fiesta 1.6 Zetec S

Featured Replies

Hi, I have the above Fiesta 2011 Reg.

I have a strange issue with the car. When the car is cold and warming up, every now and again the car struggles for acceleration - I put my foot on the pedal and there's no revs there, but there's enough revs for the car to not stall. The garage has replaced the Coil Pack, Spark Plugs, Throttle Body and O2 Sensor and the fault is still the there. In the summer the car doesn't seem to come up with this fault, but when it's cold it's a lot worse.

Has anyone ever had this strange fault or anybody able to point me in a direction?

It's had many diagnostic machines on the car but there's not faults there.

Cheers
