We have changed

temp sensor 

The vapouriser 

Dpf cleaner

Oil change

Oil filter

1 new injector 

1 cleaned injector 

Checked hoses

checked hoses to the dpf

its still in limp mode still loads of smoke/soot

Have done regeneration 

Cars honestly driving me nuts

Any suggestions

Ok.  All 3 of those codes are pointing towards the pressure sensor.  That should have been the first thing to check.
