P2227 error code on ford focus ecoboost 1.0 engine

Hi , my ford focus ecoboost 1.0l having a mil lamp  with error code p2227. Car stumbling when we tend to accelerate. It’s automatic so find issue while gear shifting.
had same issue 2 weeks back. That time  cleaned the throttle and car run fine for a week. Got same issue again 

with ignition on and engine off MAP sensor reading 111.0 kpa, with idle it reads 53 to 56kpa at 946 to 968 rpm. 
can you please help me resolve this issue.
