2010 Ford Mondeo dashboard always stays on

Hi guys, I have a 2010 Ford Mondeo and every time I shut off the engine the dashboard keeps staying on 24/7. I bought a brand new battery and it drained that battery in 3 days. I believe there is something causing a bigger drain because that light can't just drain a fully charged brand new battery in 3 days. I'm thinking the stereo but the stereo is already broken as the screen or buttons are not working. 

Currently I have resorted to an expedient that I use a kill switch on the battery. Everytime I park the car, I pop the hood, disconnect the battery and shut the hood. 

Below is a picture of the red display staying on. The car was not even started yet. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

    To prove out the radio, pull the plugs from the rear, if it's not working, and see if the cluster goes to sleep then.

    If not it must be a BCM or cluster (IPC) issue

    No, but they do have very short tail pipes 🤣

    The instrument cluster display remaining on is because the Canbus network is remaining active. It is the Canbus not going to sleep which drains the battery.

    The problem will be caused by a faulty module. The two most common are the Bluetooth module, or the instrument cluster itself.
