I have a 2014 fusion that that the rear passenger door will not open from the outside all of a sudden but will from the inside. One minute it was opening from the outside and the next minute it wasn't. It would open from the inside still until my dumb@ss engaged the child safety lock and shut the door to see if it helped 🙄. Guess what it made matters 10000x worse cause now I can't open from the inside either. I need to get the door open so I can get the outside handle off to try and figure out the problem. Is there anyway of getting behind the inside door panel to disable the child safety lock so the door can be opened from the inside again. I am in desperate need of help with any and all suggestions. I don't know what to do.

I don't think you will get much help here on the UK Ford Owners Club, it is a model that we don't have. It is similar to the Mondeo but the American specification on door lock will not be the same as the UK.
