Focus mk2 electrics

Featured Replies

Hi, I’ve just bought an ‘09 Focus mk2 titanium, and the drivers side front and rear windows don’t open or close using one touch - the windows go up and down in stages (I have to keep pressing the button to make the window move, I can’t keep my finger on the button) and the same windows don’t open or close when pressing and holding the lock/unlock buttons on the key fob (the passenger windows work fine). Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

Also, thinking of changing my mirrors to power folding ones - I know I also need the switch for them by the interior driver door pull, but do I need additional loom or any other reprogramming?

Thanks!

From memory on my mk2.5 to get folding mirrors you need the mirror units, switch pack and some wiring links adding in that aren’t there in non-folding door looms

Also needs enabling in Forscan or elmconfig etc
