Jimbosatch
Hi, I’ve just bought an ‘09 Focus mk2 titanium, and the drivers side front and rear windows don’t open or close using one touch - the windows go up and down in stages (I have to keep pressing the button to make the window move, I can’t keep my finger on the button) and the same windows don’t open or close when pressing and holding the lock/unlock buttons on the key fob (the passenger windows work fine). Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this? Also, thinking of changing my mirrors to power folding ones - I know I also need the switch for them by the interior driver door pull, but do I need additional loom or any other reprogramming? Thanks!
unofix
See the Ford owners online handbook on how to reset the one touch open/close system. https://www.fordservicecontent.com/Ford_Content/vdirsnet/OwnerManual/Home/Content?countryCode=USA&languageCode=EN&Uid=G1241534&ProcUid=G962549&div=f&variantid=1925&vFilteringEnabled=False&userMarket=gbr&buildtype=web
troy45
From memory on my mk2.5 to get folding mirrors you need the mirror units, switch pack and some wiring links adding in that aren’t there in non-folding door looms Also needs enabling in Forscan or elmconfig etc
