The SATNAV on my 2023 focus has recently stopped showing traffic problems. The red/oranges lines showing busy roads have vanished and I can’t get traffic on route information. 
Also, a fairly new road near me which had been added to the satnav has now disappeared. 
 

My ford pass is always permantley showing technical issues messages. I’ve deleted and reinstalled, changed my password ..,

 

very frustrated … any advice please.

    Have you paid Ford your monthly subscription fee ? The service is only free for the first year.
