Juddering when cruising 70mph

Hi anyone experienced juddering/hesitancy when cruising along 70-80mph, i have a s max 2011 2.2 tdci txs manual. It feels like a judder but accelerating or decelerating stops it but then comes back when cruising again, strangely enough it doesnt seem quite as bad when the a/c is on???. No lights or errors appear just a weird judder generally at around 2,000 revs it can appear every 15 or 20 mins and only when warm and cruising never around town or when cold. I have changed the m.a.f sensor for a bosch one too????
