The injectors are awful on this engine.  I wouldn't risk a used set personally.

Are you checking the balance at idle?  It should be done at around 2000rpm.  At idle the PCM is constantly fighting to use just enough fuel to keep the engine running but not so much as to create excess emissions.

Really? I hear that the not great anyway however I can't upload a video as it's more than 2mb but yes screenshot was at idle they all set at 9.9 I'm guessing open at around 1800rpm but then all fluctuating at idle so just need some advice cheers

Yeah they will fluctuate at idle, that's normal.  As long as they balance at around 2000rpm (or cruising speed) that's fine.

Are you getting any fault codes for the injectors?

Just theses but that was the injecters just been taken out so now no codes im at a loss just scanned this morning no codes present not sure if any pending as cant check that it's weird sometimes feels like it's running 98% sometimes it's 50%

Yeah that's the codes I'd expect.  Mine were throwing those codes at just 6 years old on 40k miles, seen the same codes on many 8v 1.6 TDCi's over the years.  These injectors just don't last long unfortunately.

Those codes alone aren't enough to condemn the injectors though.  They will usually still do the job for a while, just not at peak performance.  I think your problem probably lies somewhere else, but it's difficult to advise without any other fault codes.  Might be worth checking live data from MAF and MAP sensors.

It's also had recon turbo as said no fault codes at the moment I've checked glow plugs manually removed and checked there all fine so it's had number of injecters turbo serviced at time of turbo about a month back so I'm confused with it it's challenging me
