The pop-up HUD is stuck. Please could someone point me in the right direction for how to remote the panel surrounding the display and the tool I'd need. Thank you!

Edit: have added a photo I found online of the underside of the panel. I'm a newbie and assume some special tool tackles the blue clips.

It just gets pulled upwards, no special tool needed.  Can be done using a flatblade screwdriver but ideally should be done using something plastic and as wide as possible to avoid damaging the plastic parts.  Once you get a corner free, you can just use your fingers to pull the rest out.  Some parts can be removed using an old credit card but those clips look a bit too thick and close together for that here.

Hi. Sorry to bring this back up. I have a problem with the head up display in my Focus MK4. The display works but I can't turn it off/hide it. It freezes at the end of closing. The cover doesn't close either. If we turn the car off, the display closes only to a certain point as in the picture. After starting it, it goes up/hides/goes up and works normally. Has anyone had a similar problem? I'm attaching a picture.
