Ford Focus Lost Wheel Lock Key

Featured Replies

Hi

I've misplaced the wheel lock key for my Ford Focus and I now need to change a tyre.

The tyre place have said they can break the nut [one wheel only] for £25.

There are some companies on eBay and other places that can provide a replacement key for £35 if I supply a picture of the locking nut and proof of car ownership.

I will most likely go for the £35 replacement key option but before I do that I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this and can offer any advice at all?

I have to save every penny I can to pay my monthly house rent 😕 so I would like to pay less than £35 if at all possible.

I'm so disappointed with myself because I look after my things so well and then in one go I not only lost the key but also my service book!

Anyway, I would be very grateful for any support and guidance with this.

Thank you in advance.

If you don't need it urgently, genuine Ford wheel locking nuts are made by Magard. You can order a replacement from their web site...

(A German site, but quick UK delivery)

Thank you very much for this. I'll have a look at it.
