Dear All,

Since a couple og months I own a wonderfully driving Galaxy powershift.

Quite soon after the (private) purchase I noticed that as soon as a bit more (half) throttle is given or a kickdown is used, the car goes up to very high revs (around 6000) and then does not shift through to the next gear. The power also lags enormously when this happens. If you let go of the gas for a moment and then give it a little less throttle, the car returns to normal operation, meaning it shift through the gears like it should with regards to the trottle.

During normal use in city traffic and on country roads you will not notice this because the car runs nice and smooth with just a 'bit' of trottle, it shifts really smooth.

No fault message is visible on the cars display.

The car has always been serviced by the previous owner (largely by Ford).

Who can help?
Thank you in advance!
