Just a thought but has anyone ever been tempted to drop the Ford brand and jump to Toyota? Just curious

    I dropped ford and went to Hyundai. Jumping to any Japanese or Korean make not a bad move.

    Me dad was always Ford but got a Toyota never looked back. Me am still Ford but having lots of issues at the moment just got me thinking

    My 1st ever car, a 1979 Datsun 120Y, was 100% reliable, never failed to start, however, the body did crumble beneath me! I've owned a Peugeot (1987 205 1.9 GTi), which was quite reliable, but poorly built.  A Ford XR2, XR3i, and RS Turbo - all really nice cars to own with usual minor faults. A Toyota Celica (ST182), a GT4, and Supra - all very reliable, but expensive to maintain. My current Focus 2005 LX is an almost 20 year old beater, but still on the road, and will be kept that way as long as I can keep her that way...
