Updating to Sync 3 Version 3.0.23219 - Log Required

I've recently updated to Sync 3 Version 3.0.23219 but accidentally formatted the USB before confirming the update on the official Ford site.  I've recovered the data from the USB but for some reason it doesn't show an .XML file in order for me to progress and download the Map updates.  I've trawled the internet and found an Interrogator file that I've attempted to use but despite several attempts, it hasn't worked.  I suspect it may be because the Interrogator file is called GB5T-14G386-AD.tar whereas the Sync 3 update I downloaded is called JR3T-14G381-AY ? Has anyone else had any similar issues and can advise a way of obtaining the .XML file needed to update the official Ford site ? Thanks in advance.
