Hi guys, I really need your help. I require the specification for a relay located in the fuse box under the bonnet. Looking at the diagram from the fuse box cover the relay is for the engine (but there is no specification for the missing relay). i have attached a diagram showing where the relay is meant to be located (for those who have a similar car can open the bonnet and have a look at the relay in their car and write down the relay specification for me).

Can anyone please confirm the details of this relay (all i know so far is the relay is for the engine, but FORD require me to give the relay details before they can pin point the relay).

    according to autodata it isnt used but you have a maxi fuse missing for the engine cooling fan?? also maxi no 4 looks dodgy and it is used for many circuits. what problem are you having? regards steve

    Can any body tell me if they know any way of checking why i have know power in both drivers side doors ( locks,windows,mirrors,indicator on

    mirror) have checked all fuses , door controler in door, cant identify relays in engine bay . SMAX ZETEC 1.8 TDCI 4years old

    I know this might sound a daft question but, have you checked the fuses inside the car? most cars have two fuse boxs now, either by the steering wheel under the dash or hidden behind the glove box (sorry I dont know where it is on a smax).
