I bought a ford f150 brand new from a dealer and after 2263 kilometre the hose pipe contacted to radiator broke and I start getting alarm bells,

I open the hood first time and as I am no experts I just saw a hole and water coming out , I just pit water and bought it to dealership, they say someone tried to glue the pipe at that time I get to know that there was a pipe also and now they are not honouring the warranty saying that it was fiddle, it is brand new truck I never open a hood how can it be done , please advice
