Sync 3 updated but Ford online say it is not and will not up

Featured Replies

I can update Sync 3 via USB, but not Wi-fi, although I moved the route next to the car and it says the connection is good. The problem is Food Maps says it is out of date, so it will not allow me to update the maps.

How should you inform Ford the update has been completed?

Hi Ian, I had difficulty too, but got there in the end with assistance from Andy on this other thread
