jmurray01
Well luckily for you (but not me!) my home internet is down at the moment so I'm typing this to you from the library! So I'll have a search and see if there is a manual released yet for the MK7 (?)

Doesn't ETIS have all the info you need? I think the market for Haynes manuals is dying out - there's less and less you can do on modern cars without specialist tools, software etc that a DIYer can't justify. And all the manufacturers now have to publish their workshop manuals online (like ETIS) for the independent garages to comply with EU competition regs. Yeah i understand, but do you have to sign up as a business and pay to access the stuff on etis? I'm having a look on there and I can't seem to access any instructions of sorts. jmurray01
Sorry, nothing. Looks like Haynes have to wait a while before doing a book, as they base the facts on stripping a whole car down, so they have to wait till the prices go down I guess before buying a brand new MK7 and taking it to bits!!
