Fuel leak - can't find Fuel Hose 2S619047CA

Featured Replies

Hi! My beloved UK Ford Fusion 2008 estate (JU2) 1596cc Petrol (16 years old) big-time smells of fuel. The mechanic says a rodent may have bitten a hose. Shame as it still drives OK.

He’s identified Ford part no;- 2S619047CA (FORD Fiesta (2002-2008) 1.4 Petrol 59KW 5P Hose Fuel)

We can’t find it anywhere other than a used unit on eBay Italy

I’d really appreciate some help. I thought this car was a Fiesta in essence.

Thanks

This one might be compatible, although the parts catalogue says it was only used on the 1.4 for 6 months during 2001/2002.

Looks like they're all the same from 2002-2012, 1210955, though not stocked anywhere new as far as I can see.  Every Mk6 Fiesta or Fusion being broken for parts should have one, so it should be easy to pick up from any breakers yard, just not something they'd normally list separately online.
