I was wondering if somebody could help me out and find my build sheet on the new car that I'm about to buy I do have the VIN number.

    Etis has been discontinued. No replacement for the general public.

    Since you have a 2025 model you need to come back next year with the VIN which doesn't yet exist 🤣

    Etis has gone, it no longer exists. Ford dealers/Ford workshops now use a different system which the public do not have access to.

    That's easy to answer. Check your own profile it clearly says you have a 2025 model.

    Thanks for being so helpful.

    Etis is still for some as I've said above, a member of the s max facebook group checked a car for me that I didn't end up buying but is unwilling to help me further.

    That may be because it’s finally been decommissioned perhaps

    Also I believe VIN numbers are only raised on system 2 or 3 weeks prior to build and the odd unofficial sites I know of have to extract this data once put up on the Ford system.

    P.S.  I would think your Ford dealership would have access to what they’ve ordered.

    Is anyone else still having problems with the peasant access on the ServiceInfo website?

    I can log in, but it won't let me create any service sheets.  Been the same for several days now.  Hoped it might have been fixed over the weekend.

    I never use it. I've been secretly logging in to the hidden ETIS system and have continued to use that. Just don't  let Andy know 🤣
