Exhaust connection, center pipe to cat?

Can anyone tell me if the above connection is made by,

2 welded studs and 2 loose nuts,

or by 2 loose nuts and 2 loose bolts,

or by 2 loose bolts with captive  welded nuts on the manifold faceplate?

    Two fixed bolts/studs on the manifold.

    Two loose nuts above the centre pipe.

    I think that's option one.  It's also possible they may have been replaced with aftermarket parts on a car of this age.
