Ford Mondeo IV Turnier 1.6 TDCi BA7 2011 Engine malfunction.

engine swap. new engine attached, worked for 1 day.

  • Ran OBD diganostic Test - Error code

  • DTC : P0238 - turbocharger boost sensor #A circuit highvoltage

  • .DTC : P0405 - EGR (Sensor #A circuit Low.

  • DTC : P0098 - IAT ( intake air temp - Sensor #2 circuit high voltage - Bank #1.

  • replaced the EGR sensor All good

  • Changed the IAT - intake sensor - it makes no difference expect a wire break / ground fault.

  • Turbo boost sensor inspection and it works.

  • Replaced MAF Sensor.

  • Suspected faulty Fuel Injector – replaced all 4

  • DTC : P165B ( Grill Shutter #A performance / Stuck.

cleared all the error codes and took a new diagnostic.

But DTC : IAT sensor still active... The engine are having some issues.

lots of sounds from Fuel Injektor - cylinder loud banging like fireworks. Lots of white smoke comming exhaust (no leakage in coolingwater/Oil.

No errors. Codes. on this I have read a lot in the last few days, and wonder if there could be a wire break in the IAT sensor – leaking Air from inntak box ( Something?) - Defective Fuel Injector - fuel pressure pump. New engine have the identical ID Number. As my old engine. have not Synk the new engine to the Ecu. Cuz they have the same id, maby thats wrong? Fuel injectior are up to spec with the timer. Has anyone here encountered the same problem? any help is greatly appreciated. If anyone want i can send video i took off the engine if you PM me

After looking over every inch i finaly found it! One of the hose on my intercooler was of and now everyting works 🙌
