Morning all. I’m a first time contributor and wondered what the views are of the automatic box (8 speed) fitted to my 2020 focus. I find the gear change, especially in traffic, very clumsy to say the least. I’ve tried resetting the TCM by removing the battery terminals for 10  minutes or so but that made no difference at all.

    Try fully charging the battery whilst disconnected, reset the battery monitoring system and up the max charge percentage to 95% using FORScan before you do anything else

    How many miles have you done and what engine is it please?

    No, that doesn't do anything

    Definitely get yourself set up with FORScan

    Get the recommended V-Linker cable

    Low voltage can cause issues, get it to 95%
