Hi im having problems with my fiesta s turbo system,  it has has had a new one fitted, and has now started to choke up and smoke, with code p0299 , when I checked the turbo filter the filter is black with carbon and the filter box has holes burnt in the side ,and I've noticed a small hose not connected to anything that coming from the bottom front of the  engine that may be the cause of the burnt filter box, in a nut shell are these defects causing the  loss of power and black smoke, Thanks in advance 👍
