Fiesta fuel consumption

Featured Replies

I own a s-plate fiesta ghia with the 1.4 zetec engine.

it has got a 40 litre fuel tank which with todays fuel prices takes approx £45 to fill up. give or take a few litres.

Does any one know what mpg I should be getting? and approx how many miles to the tank. on a good run.

at the moment im getting around 28-30mpg and around 240 miles per tank.

can anyone help me?

I have 1.4 LX which had the duratec engine and on a tank of £45 i get around 400 miles so i definately think you should be getting more.

How are you driving? What type of miles are you doing (motorway/town)?

Fiesta 1.4 04 plate zetec here and get roughly 40 mpg with town/motorway every day to work ( 16 miles each way )
