Audio Sound and USB port not working.

Hi, I have a 2016 Ford Galaxy Sony Sync 3 and there is no Sound coming from my speakers, as well as my UsB port not working. 
I have taken it to the dealers to diagnose, they have checked all the fuses , recoded and updated the software and still nothing works. The screen works fine just no sound and no USB ports working.

 

can someone advise what the issue could be. And how to possibly fix, dealers are saying I need to book in again for another 2 hours to strip and check wiring, I can’t see this as a working issue.
