Hi, I have purchased an aftermarket cylinder head for my daughters 1.0 ecoboost fiesta after dropping coolant and overheating. 

My dilemma is the seat position of the original injectors is approximately 4mm lower on the replacement head,  thus , I assume will make the injectors sit proud of the head and possibly touch the piston as previously they were flush. 

Does anyone know if there are seats to raise the position of injectors,  or later model injectors which are about 4mm shorter in the lower narrow section?

I'm in Queensland Australia,  not having any luck so far with head supplier purchased from UK,  and Ford locally.

    Assuming it's the 1.0 ecoboost (looks like it). I'm not aware of any change in injector part number or design.

    You may find the reason for the 4mm dimensional difference is this. The replacement head has had the injector seats removed, but the injectors you removed came out leaving the seats in the head. Assuming the two photos you posted are the old and new head, that looks most likely.
