Car has been 1 previous owner, fsh, 52000 miles. Has developed an unusual squeaking, noise every time I drive over a bump or pothole. Was particularly loud yesterday and today which may be related to the low temperature. Was particularly bad from the rear.

Had a mechanic check a month ago, who went under the car, and commented how clean it was underneath. 

Was intermittent, but seems to be happening more often suddenly.

 

Can anyone offer any ideas where to check? Driving me nuts.
