Yes, but that's the raw textured plastic for the unpainted version of the bumper.  You need to the flat primed version ready for painting.  

I suppose you could try to sand the texture off of that one then prime and paint it.

You will struggle to get paint to adhere to that. I suspect that it is made from textured PVC and as such paint just won't want to bond.

The smooth finished covers are made from ABS and are already painted using a plastic etch primer, ready for the finishing colour to be added.

You could buy the cheaper PVC cover, then sand it smooth, buy plastic etch primer (£10) and then a tin of spray paint to colour it (£10) and of course finish the whole job with the clear lacquer (£10). Which in the grand scheme might cost more than the real deal and not be as good. 🤔

Hi, I know its an old topic but just putting this out there for anyone else needing a ZS tow cover. I designed and 3D printed a replacement, theyre available on ebay if anyone's interested.
