Can you upload a sound file? If so, how?

I have a 'groaning' noise coming from the N/S/R inside and I think it is related to fuel or something. It does not occur if there is a full tank but once it gets below half full, it starts and doesn't stop. It's been back to the dealers twice but they can't replicate it even with me giving them the recording I made.
