Hi all,

Hoping someone can help, I'm looking for an Air intake hose for my 2005 MK3 Mondeo 2.5 V6 like the one in the picture (hopefully uploaded), called my local Ford main dealer only to be told the part is now discontinued, alternatively does anyone know if it's possible to glue/seal a small split in one of the joins

Many thanks in advance for any help

    You can try gluing it but I think there'll be too much movement in the concertina for that to last long.

    Thank you for your reply, when I originally looked at this site (ML Performance) it was "out of stock" but thanks to your post I re-tried and it would appear it's now"in stock" and duly ordered, I agree that gluing probably wouldn't have lasted long especially where the split is (on the joint of one of the other pipes) so won't be trying that method,

    Just got to wait for it to turn up now, hopefully won't be too long 😕
