Bought my son a wee fiesta it's a 09 plate having an issue with the hazard and door lock button can anyone advise if this is a fuse or I need to purchase a new unit or buttons

    Sorry the hazard switch and door lock switch doesn't seem to work when it's pressed

    It won't be a fuse.

    First check would be to remove the switch and see if the plug is loose in the back.  If not then try another switch.

    This is a common problem if the car has been fitted with an aftermarket radio unit.

    So after taking the unit out and trying the buttons they work when the unit is out but when we clip the unit back in again they don't work .. any suggestions would be appreciated

    Is the trim pushing on the buttons somewhere?
