i bought a focus 1.0 ecoboost a 2015. had it dropped at shop for oil change, i picked it up drove 2 miles n it either shut off start/stop

or i panicked and shut it off than tried to start n it hasnt started since please help. ive tried battery starter relay

it sounds like starter isnt fullt engaging but motor is turning over, i have no idea how start/stop/assist etc works

is it able turn over with froze starter? or anyone have any ideas?
