What is this sound, cold start grind?

I recently bought a Fiesta and when I start it in cold weather, I hear a grinding sound. I’ve attached a video link so you can hear it. It happens after the car has been sitting overnight in the cold, and when the car is in neutral and the clutch isn’t pressed, you hear it. But as soon as I press the clutch pedal, the sound disappears. It also goes away when the car has warmed up, so it’s definitely something heat-related. Any ideas what it could be? The dealer looked at it and said it sounded like pipes leaning against the body and causing resonance, so they moved them, but it still happens.
