Using Google maps

Featured Replies

Hi, I've recently bought my 2013 Fiesta 1.5 Titanium.

I have set up my phone via Bluetooth. I have managed to get directions from my phone to come though the car speakers by using the Aux bbutton. But, not a great solution as if I then press radio the directions no longer come through?

So, is it a choice, satnav directions or radio or should the directions cut in and mute the radio?

Thanks.

It is annoying but you can go into Google maps settings-navigation settings and switch off the "play voice over bluetooth" toggle. As for getting the directions when set to radio there are some apps that can change the output to the bluetooth channel that phone calls use but they cause such a delay that you only get the last bit of the instruction, I know I tried it myself that's why I have switched bluetooth off in goggle maps.
