Battery fitting MK4 st line 1.5 eco boost

The Yuasa EFB YBX7100 has just been delivered, I hope to fit this Wednesday, my question is that if the viewing hole shows green it's charged, is it a good  idea to charge it? I also need to remove the airbox, I looked today and looks as though I need to loosen Jubilee clip for pipe going to engine, I can't see anything else, there's a plastic pipe that goes to the grill, looks a though it just pulls apart, how do I remove airbox? is it just sitting on lugs and will just pull off, thanks for your advise, the owners manual is rubbish when it comes to maintenance, I do remember the Haynes Manual they were great, just out of interest how much does a Ford dealer charge to replace and fit battery, thanks

1 hours labour which is typically £90 to £120 at North East Ford dealers.

Remember to remove both of the little red vent plugs before charging (Do not refit)

Yes it still should be charged for a minimum of 12 hours. You can not over charge it.

Yes, just remove the pipes from the box. It just pulls straight up, be careful not to catch and damage the MAF sensor.

Thank you for all your information, I wanted to check about the airbox as I didn't want to start yanking it if had bolts fitted inside it, I've removed the postive and negative caps, I probably wouldn't have noticed the little red vents plugs so thanks for, I hopefully have saved money on labour, it's good to be more familiar with my car, I'm quite looking forward to do it.
