Wet timing belt and aux belt change 2014 Fiesta Eco Boost

Featured Replies

Hi, can anyone recommend a workshop in the Preston, Lancashire area to change the wet timing belt and auxiliary belt on my 2014 Fiesta 1L eco-boost? Ford in Preston wants exactly half what i paid for the car to do this service 🙁 This is a big job from what i can see online. Engine needs to come out for the belt change and then various other things need to be cleaned/ checked to make sure there are no blockages in the oil flow and brake vacuum system. Stupid design decision by Ford. Just want to make sure its done right so hopefully some of you may have had the job done in the Preston area and can recommend a good workshop.

North West Engines, or is that too far ?

They have a good reputation for doing the Ford wet belts.
